Viktoria Trosien
Viktoria holds a degree in Sociology. Her entrepreneurial path started in Brazil, inspired by the energy of woman from the favelas building up a fashion cooperative. So Viktoria's first business was to sell that Brazilian fashion in Germany while studying. Then she worked in start-up promotion for different universities, i. ex. creating a concept for entrepreneurship education and promotion, generating a 2 Mio. Euro funding for the Freie Universität Berlin. Viktoria has also been working as presenter and editor for the „Gründerwerkstatt“ (founders garage) of JobTV24. Besides Tiburon-TV, Viktoria is CEO of die-fans.de, a German soccer portal, which she founded together with her brother.

At Tiburon-TV, Viktoria wants to inspire people to realize their ideas and bring to life their visions in a passionate and economically successful way.
Miriam Maja Gass

Miriam Maja Gass
Miriam holds an MA in Orchestral Music and Cultural Management with a concentration on Marketing Communications and Public Relations. Before joining Tiburon-TV, she has been working for CDS International - a non-for-profit-organization based in New York City - as well as for SAP AG in Walldorf, Germany. Miriam loves to write and conduct professional research and has a keen interest in information technology.
Antti Vilponnen

Antti is the founder of ArcticStartup and a co-founder of Gyllene Skor. Gyllene Skor is a strategic digital planning agency enabling companies to fully harness the potential of digital channels in their business. Antti has degrees from Helsinki School of Economics as well as Lappeenranta University of Technology. After working summer jobs in large companies he decided that living the life of a number in a large company is not the way to go and has from then on pursued happiness in smaller companies, startups included. Antti, like the rest of the ArcticStartup team, believes that creating a overly optimistic startup culture is one of the biggest competitive advantages of our economy in the coming years as multinationals move their offices overseas.
Ville Vesterinen

Ville is a Co-Founder and Editor at ArcticStartup. He also co-organizes OpenCoffee Club Helsinki and ArcticEvenings. Ville is currently working as a Strategist at Nordkapp, an Interaction Design Consultancy in the heart of Helsinki, Finland. He holds a BSc from the Helsinki School of Economics and an MSc from the London School of Economics. Ville has worked in various fields and disciplines -from an Argentinean non-profit to a multinational like BT Global Services and everything in between. Ville believes that a thriving entrepreneurial ecosystem is one of the corner stones a of dynamic economy and is working hard to build one in the Nordic and Baltic countires with the rest of the ArcticStartup team.
