Most of you probably know that Portugal is an ideal sunshine get-away from cold northern European weather, but are you aware of the exciting tech startups that have recently been founded in the country of seafarers? Social networks and networking tools like Social Wine Discovery service Adegga.com are having quite an impact on the wine industry: Adegga lets you track the wines you are drinking and share your wine discoveries with the community. You can also access the service using your mobile while visiting a wine shop, see what other people think about a wine and check wine prices on other shops. Adegga has been co-founded by Lisbon entrepreneur André Ribeirinho.
